Sunday, October 16, 2011 at 10:15AM Like many other iPhone users my upgrade to IOS5 was not pleasant. I had to try nearly 10 times over the course of three hours to upgrade my iPhone4. Was it worth it? Of course it was! I do question calling it 5. While feature rich it seems like incremental changes. I like the keyboard shortcuts and the new camera features.
Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at 9:44AM Check out this video on youtube. It reminds me of the show Dark Angel and 'Eyes Only' except he didn't destroy things usually he just exposed people. CAn they actually do damage to the New York Stock Exchange? Possibly but that's not a productive way of getting your point across. Let's hope they are just bluffing. I guess we will all find out October 10.
Thursday, March 3, 2011 at 6:38PM Yesterday I saw that I had a crack on the back of my iPhone 4. My baby!!!!
I went to the Apple web site and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I arrived for my appointment early and was set upon by three Apple associates all looking to help me. I gave my name they said no problem we can replace the glass and 10 minutes later I was walking out the store with my repaired phone. Well done Apple! I am still disappointed about the glass cracking but happy it was taken care of so quickly.
Sunday, January 2, 2011 at 1:17PM We spent the afternoon at the mail on New Years Day buying clothes. We got home around 6:30 and after talking with Thelma we decided I deserved a new iPhone! Ben and I jumped in the car and drove back to the mall. When we got there everyone seemed to be leaving. It was around 7pm and I started thinking oh no it's New Years Day the Mall probably closes early. We ran up the escaltor only to find the AT&T store closed. Ben suggested we try the Apple store. We rushed down to the store only to find the door blocked by an Apple employee and a barrier. I said to the guy "I REALLY need to get an iPhone4!". He went and checked and they allowed us into the closed store. They were super nice and it took hardly any time to get the phone and pay for it. I rushed home and activated it without a hitch. Today I reactivated my iPhone 3g for Thelma to use. She is addicted! :)
